在今年9月闹得沸沸扬扬的好莱坞明星不雅照片的流出让我们意识到苹果的iCloud云端服务可能并不如我们想象中的那么安全，为防止黑客窃取用户隐私，苹果宣布采用双因素验证系统进一步提升安全级别。不过俄罗斯软件公司 ElcomSoft 近日宣布升级版 Phone Breaker 软件能够绕过苹果的这层安全屏障，尽管只有执法或者情报机构允许使用，但是任何人都能购买这款软件。

ElcomSoft称这款软件能够提取iCloud帐号的各种数据，包括iWork文档、WhatsApp聊天记录，或者第三方游戏保存的数据，密码管理器和社交网络等等、这款软件已经能够绕过苹果的双因素认证，通过获得iCloud认证从用户的硬盘和网盘中收集资料。

ElcomSoft的现任首席执行官Vladimir Katalov表示：“苹果自上个月开始发布了一系列技术更新，并引入了更加妥善的安全考量，我们将会持续更近苹果的最新安全动态。”
